Cleaning is a bit tricky.

Well first of all it's really not bad I have sliced onions, jalapenos, green bell peppers, using the serrated blade, there are two of them one's a smooth blade I guess that is really for meats I will later try it on spam get a thin slice and see if that works.

I'm still debating if I want to have since spam slices cooked or do I want to go with bacon instead. As I have had a slicer before, the disc quick disconnect on the blades is quite useful. However caution is extremely important when handling these blades, a simple tap and you will have your finger split open.

I may look further for another slicer see if I can get one that I feel that cleaning is easier. Right now, it's a bit of a pain on this one. Parts do not disassemble and I think there could be little nooks and crannies I may miss.

For what I paid for it though I'm good I think it's acceptable but it's not the end all that I was looking for.

Slicer is not very big.

The slicer works ok but is small. It also has plastic gears. It worked ok for small stuff but anything of size must be cut in to small pieces to slice. I don't think it will be very durable but works well for the price.

Good meat slicer

The slicer is great for slicing meat or a big cheese or ham. Great for shabu shabu or if you have a big party coming and you need to create a cheese platter. Just have to be very careful when operating because the blade is very sharp.
